K-W Silver Stars (the "Group") aims to comply with Canadian Privacy Legislation by stating how personal information supplied by its members is used and by giving them the option of having certain information withheld.
The Group's membership list which contains names, addresses and telephone numbers is restricted to board members and designated department heads. Its contents may not be divulged to third parties.
The groups printed programs issued to audiences at performances contain the names of cast and crew members only.
The Group's publicly circulated newsletter "STARBRIGHT" may contain the names of certain members.
A member may decline by written request to have specified personal information withheld from any of the aforementioned lists. However it should be understood that the Group's membership list is essential for effective communications within the Group and that a member may not receive timely advice if certain information is deleted.
